From 16 to 17 October 2010, the 2nd Company Yo-Yo has been found for a meeting now for some years now a tradition for the rover in the region: The CAR region. The acronym means CARR
Rover Regional Course Students which is a field aimed precisely to educate students about the rover dynamics of life of the company and its educational goals.
loads of enthusiasm ... after the usual delay of a few members of the company, as well as the abandonment of some other, we started at 14 on Saturday from the parking lot of the stadium Drusus in Bolzano bus, along with the 3 rd company Scacciapensieri to go and retrieve all of the rover other companies around the Trentino.
We came to this village of Pieve di Ledro together companies from Arco, Rovereto and Calceranica. After having supported the backpacks in the room we went into the courtyard of the house host, which was the rectory of the country, the initial circle. After the screams of seemingly useless el'alzabandiera improvised steel cables, were presented the activities that we were going to do. In addition to the usual course for students, as well as the usual service provided by the rover, the latter would have additional activities that take part during the two days, was in fact act in the JOTA, ie "Jamboree On The Air" , a worldwide event in which all the rovers and explorers in the world could have been put in communication by radio. In fact, some volunteers had come to help the civil service from Piedmont, who had set up the backyard with radio antennas transmitters and receivers. 
In the afternoon, as the students took part in the "lessons", the other rover were divided into training groups between different companies, they followed the basics of how the radio world, what are its rules and what are the basic rules of communication.
After an initial testing of radio transmitters attuatasi between two groups on the move for the country and the base, you came to dinner. After the reorganization of the kitchen and common room of the companies have set up, as has now become common usage of the evening to the CAR, a discussion of the reasons why it would be fair or not that Italy participate in peacekeeping missions in Afghanistan and Iraq. Such discussions are usually shaped by three "parties" of which the main one in favor, one against another, and "undecided ", which are confronted with various arguments trying to find the consensus of the undecided and, if possible, the opposite party or at least find a compromise.
The dispute began with the breakdown of the regional group into two factions, one aligned against the other missions and deployed for the undecided. At the end of the same group of undecided was passed by the party in favor of peace missions, while the group remained adamant contrary, although the final vision of the factions was not very different.
The rest of the evening ended with the wake and around the toast, which continued for the rest of the evening.
Sunday morning was developed by the end of the course and the students' interest fox hunting "radio", which consisted in finding a fox (a radio transmitter hidden in the isolated country) using other radio and studying the signals produced by this.
After lunch in addition to a group that is dedicated to cleaning the house, another has attended another fox hunting.
The circle and the final thanks to the civil service volunteers greeted the departure of companies with a promise to meet again in another CAR.
