Posted the call for projects in the context of the 'Youth in Action - Action 4.6, which supports and contributes to partnership between the European Commission and the regions, municipalities or European NGOs who wish to develop or consolidate their actions, strategies and their long-term programs in the field of non-formal education and youth.
