As part of the activities promoted and financed by the Europe for Citizens "issued a call was designed to test and develop exchange programs that create innovative transnational partnerships and collaborations Long duration between civil society organizations.
Each project must involve at least two partners (nonprofit organizations) that come from two different countries, including the following:

projects to be funded must contribute the following objectives:
- Develop and test new forms of transnational mobility among organizations of civil society;
- promoting the idea of \u200b\u200btransnational collaboration in the form of consulting activities among civil society organizations;
- to support innovative design methodologies in relation to mobility and the advice of transnational civil society organizations.
Projects must also be developed in the context of the thematic priorities of the 'Europe for Citizens'
- Future European Union and its basic values \u200b\u200b
- Active European Citizenship: participation and democracy
in Europe - Intercultural Dialogue
- wellbeing in Europe: employment, social cohesion and sustainable development
- Impact of EU policies in societies
Each project can receive a grant ranging between 75,000 and € 150,000 and covers more than 80% of the total eligible costs. The deadline for submitting nominations is September 30, 2009 .
