Published notice of the action 4.1 of the program awards grants to organizations active at European level in the field of youth and pursuing an aim of general European interest.
organizations to be eligible for an annual operating grant of € 35,000, for the financial year 2010, must be:
-profit organizations that perform activities for young people at European level;
-European network representing bodies working for the benefit of young people.
organizations as part of their annual work plan 2010, plan a series of activities must conform to the principles on which it is founded Community Action in the field of youth.
-represent the views and interests of young people in their diversity at European level;
youth exchanges and voluntary services;
non-formal and informal learning and activity programs targeted at young people;
-promote learning and intercultural understanding;
-debate on European issues, European public policy or policies for young people;
-dissemination of information on Community-
actions aimed at promoting participation and initiative of young people.
The deadline for requesting the grant is the December 9, 2009.
